This programme is specifically designed to take the hard work out of losing weight. By utilising the power of hypnotherapy and a selection of proven therapeutic techniques you can retrain your mind to help you lose weight more easily and remove the need for constant willpower.


This weight loss programme addresses the one component most other programmes leave out, which are the unconscious emotional reasons for why you eat what you eat. Our emotional reasons are often the cause and drive our eating behaviour, so to change the behaviour we must deal with the emotions that are causing the behaviour in the first place.

During the initial consultation we will discuss the programme and your weight loss goals. The next step is to fit your goals with a programme that is realistic, time bound and practical for you to follow, thus setting you up for success.

By utilising powerful hypnotherapy techniques we can encourage your mind to support your weight loss goals. During this part of the programme we will work to resolve any bad habits and emotional eating patterns. The reason hypnosis works so well is that your mind is highly receptive to new ideas and suggestions whilst in deep relaxation.

As part of the programme I may also recommend a range of nutritional weight loss products to further accelerate your weight loss, boost your energy and improve your health. Alongside this you will get a simple planner to plot your progress all the way down to your target weight and size.

I believe that personal support is very important when working towards goals. In this programme you will receive personal coaching sessions to help keep you on track. I can support you in person, on the phone or over Skype, making it easy for you to access me.
