This blend of Coaching and Counselling has been put together to help with multiple or complex issues. The main focus of the programme is to help you understand and resolve your issues and get you back on track moving forward toward the life that you want.

After an initial consultation I will put together a tailored Coaching programme to suit your needs and address your specific issues. Coaching and Counselling programmes start at a minimum of 12 sessions and generally last between 1½ -2 hours each, although some sessions can be longer. Sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly basis and like all of my programmes can be done face to face or over skype.
