Neural Pathway Restructuring ™

Neural Pathway Restructuring™ (created by Debra Fentress) is a Coaching programme that deals with specific patterns of thinking and behaviour that negatively impact your life.

If our behaviour is of a positive nature then we never worry about it. But, if the behaviour is undesirable, (examples being, avoiding uncomfortable situations, compulsions, obsessions, addictions, lacking motivation or self-sabotage, amongst others) we may try to alter it. For example, you have a negative way of thinking about a certain situation or person and every time you think about that person or situation you experience a negative feeling. No matter how much you try to not let it affect you it continues to do so. Something internal or external is unconsciously triggering this negative thinking/feeling cycle and each time you feel powerless to stop it. Neural Pathway Restructuring™  can stop the cycle at the root cause level and remove the negative feelings.

Neural Pathway Restructuring™ has been shown to create lasting change in dealing with unwanted behaviours and habits. It has been successfully used with:

After an initial consultation to discern your specific needs, I will put together a personalised programme for you. Sessions are once a week and can last anywhere from 1-2½ hours.

Neural Pathway Restructuring™ restructures the pathways in your brain to such an extent that you are free to respond differently rather than repeat the same old pattern!

If you are serious about moving on from troublesome issues this programme could be the KEY.
